Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Quanergy such as the M81 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1861590 manufactured by Radio-Electronics-Equipment-Co and we are pleased to be able to service most Radio-Electronics-Equipment-Co systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QP17 by Manufacturer Quindar as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Rae Brand 4014036 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as Q68DAIN equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RA432U made by Arrow-Hart as well as the popular R88DUA20HAR88DUA20HA original spares produced by Omron
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 923BD1 by Puma and Q68DAIN spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
