Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Qci QCI-OPTMC-24 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sensopart products, including obsoleted and phased-out Scc-Static-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Rice-Lake product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sensopart such as the FT50RLA70PL5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1305EL manufactured by Scc-Static-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Scc-Static-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RL35082N525KHE by Manufacturer Rice-Lake as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sensaphone Brand IMS4200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sato such as EETR700C equipment made by Sato have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sato products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sato" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available OISP017 made by Robohand as well as the popular 3051S1TG1A original spares produced by Rosemount

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0444RL1U1A1E5 by Rosemount and EETR700C spares by Sato are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 55444 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schlumberger.
