Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Reliance Electric 3622-2A-N & X04 B12A6L-HSI parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Elo-matic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Elgo-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Gettys product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Elo-matic such as the EDA200A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 70PSPVZ manufactured by Elgo-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most Elgo-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 14002300 by Manufacturer Gettys as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Electronics-Corp. Brand 22DJ43000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kaiser such as 1424980 equipment made by Kaiser have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kaiser products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kaiser" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BAS32302 made by Elmo as well as the popular TKD original spares produced by Motovario

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GUI17200R by Elmo and 1424980 spares by Kaiser are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M4621AB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electrol-Co..
