Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Reliance Electric 3622-2A-N & X04 B12A6L-INV parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Electronic-Security-Devices products, including obsoleted and phased-out Elpac parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Electro-flyte product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Electronic-Security-Devices such as the SPS10ELC16 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BFS50024U manufactured by Elpac and we are pleased to be able to service most Elpac systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 12M020001701 by Manufacturer Electro-flyte as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Elgar Brand AT8000A10VMOD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Elma such as 11V0712RV08LRPQ equipment made by Elma have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Elma products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Elma" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 242100118 made by Eltek as well as the popular D78224PM41 original spares produced by Elma

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6115 by Electronics-Counter-Div and 11V0712RV08LRPQ spares by Elma are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M462GYS0AH08AA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Elwood.
