Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Reliance Electric ASEA BROWN BOVERI 0-56921-502AAG parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Astrosystems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Astro parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Atc product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Astrosystems such as the HST16VU spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D27607 manufactured by Astro and we are pleased to be able to service most Astro systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7242AD2D5FRX by Manufacturer Atc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Abb Brand QALB234 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ashcroft such as k17mek15f2500 equipment made by Ashcroft have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P14X9129SAJ by Reliance-Electric and k17mek15f2500 spares by Ashcroft are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P9DC4L Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Asus.
