Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Reliance Electric WFC2003-0A, Variable Frequency parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Xermac products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yako parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Xycom product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Xermac such as the A109 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the YKA2811MA manufactured by Yako and we are pleased to be able to service most Yako systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PM9487 by Manufacturer Xycom as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Yamaha Brand KR8M46500XX0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Wse such as 62109515002 equipment made by Wse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Wse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Wse" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available XJC608TR4T made by Xjc as well as the popular 3040645V1R original spares produced by Wtc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5463873 by Woodward and 62109515002 spares by Wse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 70957001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Xycom.
