Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Renishaw A-2063-6098-RBE parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Lumborg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Aoki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fanuc product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lumborg such as the asbsv85 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AKP8X0079 manufactured by Aoki and we are pleased to be able to service most Aoki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A20B2901094202A by Manufacturer Fanuc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Baldor Brand BM8054015R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Telemecanique such as ATV58EU54N4 equipment made by Telemecanique have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Telemecanique products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Telemecanique" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BSM100GB170DN2E3256 made by Eupec as well as the popular A8600203T001 original spares produced by Fanuc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A20B1003023003A by Fanuc and ATV58EU54N4 spares by Telemecanique are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AU9840Z2327 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yamagawa.
