Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rexroth MAC071B-0-FS-3-C/095-B-1/S001 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Flender-Himmel parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bautz product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the M2334T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the K40A90LP4RIL16GHV manufactured by Flender-Himmel and we are pleased to be able to service most Flender-Himmel systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M504FB010170005BS by Manufacturer Bautz as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Gettys Brand M238H50A300T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Demag such as KBA71A4 equipment made by Demag have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Demag products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Demag" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MAC90C0GD4C110A1 made by Jakob as well as the popular M405BA9036 original spares produced by Kollmorgen

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MAC90B0JD2C110A0 by Indramat and KBA71A4 spares by Demag are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LM16254 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lincoln.
