Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rexroth MAC112C-0-ED-3-C/130-A-2/S018 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sick products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bosch parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Rexroth product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sick such as the RFH6201001201 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S20PWRR911173345AA1S20BSPWR manufactured by Bosch and we are pleased to be able to service most Bosch systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RKL43020400 by Manufacturer Rexroth as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ris Brand AN3125P in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Riede-Systems such as B1130C2 equipment made by Riede-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Riede-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Riede-Systems" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PSI63C0737L2R911337041AE1 made by Rexroth as well as the popular GII30C1F11306C original spares produced by Riede-Systems

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R911259044 by Rexroth and B1130C2 spares by Riede-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 520004 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rion.
