Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rockwell Automation 1336E-MC2-SP23A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rosemount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Rockwell-Automation product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rosemount such as the ROSEMOUNTPWA0198425180002 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1151DP4A22X manufactured by Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9392CDRSENE by Manufacturer Rockwell-Automation as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ronan Brand x53d41a in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ronan such as X961002D equipment made by Ronan have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ronan products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ronan" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1181C made by Rosemount as well as the popular 8712DR12NADA1M4 original spares produced by Rosemount

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2051CD1A02A2AS5M5 by Rosemount and X961002D spares by Ronan are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
