Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rorze RC-420 RC420 RC 420 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Red-Lion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reliance-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Red-Lion product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Red-Lion such as the XCCN0000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the T56H1042MXG manufactured by Reliance-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature T4810101 by Manufacturer Red-Lion as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Regulating-Control-Systems Brand RCS8200SNBB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Reer such as 80110248011025 equipment made by Reer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reer" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IMD20160 made by Red-Lion as well as the popular IAS6021S original spares produced by Rechner

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B81J2070MCJ by Reliance-Electric and 80110248011025 spares by Reer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TCU11004 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Red-Lion.
