Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Schneider products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schleicher parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Rts product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Schneider such as the 52449 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LCT04F701 manufactured by Schleicher and we are pleased to be able to service most Schleicher systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RP1932 by Manufacturer Rts as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Saginomiya Brand RGEX3R47 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sanyo such as L72322N9511 equipment made by Sanyo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sanyo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sanyo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MT60 made by Sae as well as the popular MX600 original spares produced by Rvsi
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P50B08100VC7F by Sanyo-Denki and L72322N9511 spares by Sanyo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
