Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Schunk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schmersal parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sanyo-Denki product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Schunk such as the 3220 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EEXT4VH35611Z manufactured by Schmersal and we are pleased to be able to service most Schmersal systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Q3AA18200BBZTA by Manufacturer Sanyo-Denki as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sam-Electronics Brand GE3016G241 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Saftronics such as GP1040201 equipment made by Saftronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Saftronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Saftronics" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MBA1053002 made by Sbc as well as the popular 580836 original spares produced by Saginaw-Control
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BM3508002060G1 by Schneeberger and GP1040201 spares by Saftronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
