Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rtd CMi386/486 CDS-VGA104 CDS50944-ADP 50944 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Saftronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Safetronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sam product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Saftronics such as the PC720P41 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CIMR22G2E20 manufactured by Safetronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Safetronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SFC1480FA by Manufacturer Sam as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Saftronics Brand N6W038700617 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Saftonics such as GP10E1ST34007B1 equipment made by Saftonics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Saftonics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Saftonics" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 6111002011131111000000 made by Samson as well as the popular 1511191 original spares produced by Sames

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0210211000L by Rtp and GP10E1ST34007B1 spares by Saftonics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 7A1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer S-B-Nelson.
