Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rtp 021-5232-001C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sangamo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sankyo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sankyo product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sangamo such as the 9094201200 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 45E02067RL1A6 manufactured by Sankyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sankyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature S12LR52 by Manufacturer Sankyo as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sanki Brand CR712VX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Saia such as PCD4E110Z08 equipment made by Saia have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Saia products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Saia" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MS56A4 made by Ruhrgetriebe as well as the popular 1405876000A original spares produced by Rtp

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 161A00111611001 by Sc and PCD4E110Z08 spares by Saia are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CSXI05561 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Saftronics.
