Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rutter RUT-01029 Equiv RUT-01029-AA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nord products, including obsoleted and phased-out Norgren parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 North-American product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nord such as the SK90LH4CUS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M46016 manufactured by Norgren and we are pleased to be able to service most Norgren systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PE145TC154 by Manufacturer North-American as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Nordson Brand 107499D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Norand such as RB3001 equipment made by Norand have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Norand products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Norand" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FP11510FCPRSA made by Ge-Fanuc as well as the popular CS20292288C original spares produced by Nordson

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 274792D by Nordson and RB3001 spares by Norand are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1060427B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nordson.
