Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Samsara Advantech IGM-DIO GV2W-BZA-ZHV APAX-5402L APAX-558 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Samsomatic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sanyo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sanyo product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Samsomatic such as the KG000954 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the G10404 manufactured by Sanyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sanyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PU0A015EM41S00 by Manufacturer Sanyo as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sanken Brand DK14360C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sangalli such as ESA3XS15 equipment made by Sangalli have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sangalli products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sangalli" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BN9414077F made by Samsung as well as the popular RS2E01A0KA4 original spares produced by Sanyo

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 27BA050FXTH5 by Sanyo and ESA3XS15 spares by Sangalli are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A7I20345IC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sanyo.
