Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sanyo Denki P60B13200HBV00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kadia parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Siemens product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the S42024C3013A1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SPK200040 manufactured by Kadia and we are pleased to be able to service most Kadia systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TPSE1240X by Manufacturer Siemens as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Fanuc Brand SNV04Z71217 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Total-Control such as QPI3D200C2PB equipment made by Total-Control have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Total-Control products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Total-Control" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SACSMS203S by Ormec and QPI3D200C2PB spares by Total-Control are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
