Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Scheider Electric LC1D18 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Eaton products, including obsoleted and phased-out General-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Abb product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Eaton such as the XTCE050DS1T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NP1469991 manufactured by General-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most General-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature OVRT240320PTSU2CTB802341R2500 by Manufacturer Abb as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Stromberg Brand OKYM3G21 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Toyoda such as TFU5424 equipment made by Toyoda have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toyoda products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toyoda" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TC1D8011W6 made by Shamrock as well as the popular MRC3212POLE120V original spares produced by Cerus-Franklin

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 750P5G5S5HIA20RE by Ge and TFU5424 spares by Toyoda are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PG1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Square-D.
