Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sti products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sirchie parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Seiki product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sti such as the MC6DC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CGD100 manufactured by Sirchie and we are pleased to be able to service most Sirchie systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 10410201 by Manufacturer Seiki as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Scitex Brand 116825 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Seiwa such as SIT380 equipment made by Seiwa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Seiwa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Seiwa" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available AG333827P1HA1927442 made by Seiti as well as the popular SPD39 original spares produced by Sealmaster
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E2C351SUL by Seiko and SIT380 spares by Seiwa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CPI21648 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sci.
