Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sci CPI 21994A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sed products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nordson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Scientific-Atlanta product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sed such as the 3851625304463 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GSX501002MXXAB5368RBXT47358 manufactured by Nordson and we are pleased to be able to service most Nordson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 565437 by Manufacturer Scientific-Atlanta as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sealmaster Brand SCHB39 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Semipower such as PDM2020ECSWGOOS equipment made by Semipower have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Semipower products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Semipower" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 935203P1 made by Sencon as well as the popular MPD43CXU original spares produced by Sealmaster

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AIM5000AIM5000DSL03K by Seiberco and PDM2020ECSWGOOS spares by Semipower are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
