Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sega 153-002080-03 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Semitool products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sensata parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Jlv-Industri-Elektronik product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Semitool such as the 16750501 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the H25DSSOMNIABZC28V01124001 manufactured by Sensata and we are pleased to be able to service most Sensata systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAC00R3 by Manufacturer Jlv-Industri-Elektronik as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Control-Technology Brand 901F2530 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Senso-metrics such as 10000PSIG equipment made by Senso-metrics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Senso-metrics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Senso-metrics" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MT40W468 made by Sem as well as the popular 000003 original spares produced by Seiki

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 225130CPGC45306 by Sentra-Systems and 10000PSIG spares by Senso-metrics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original WDC54601 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sensotec.
