Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Seiki 2761-48-108-00,9100-92-130-10/ parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Modicon products, including obsoleted and phased-out B--R parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Rexroth product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Modicon such as the 3000C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3CP360601 manufactured by B--R and we are pleased to be able to service most B--R systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4WRZ25E3325506A24NEK4D3M by Manufacturer Rexroth as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has B--R Brand 5D520102 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Simplexgrinnell such as 41003107 equipment made by Simplexgrinnell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Simplexgrinnell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Simplexgrinnell" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 44A739028G12R00 made by Fanuc as well as the popular 556258 original spares produced by Simplexgrinnell

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 33FT25MH1FD41D21A by Endress--Hauser and 41003107 spares by Simplexgrinnell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
