Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sft parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Servocity product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the 31C005503400 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SEMC1C manufactured by Sft and we are pleased to be able to service most Sft systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HDA22 by Manufacturer Servocity as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sew-Eurodrive Brand 0G71 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sfernice such as 114L9D equipment made by Sfernice have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sfernice products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sfernice" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SRC made by Seiko as well as the popular SDFP4 original spares produced by Servo-Dynamics
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1CSEEN1EN2NNNNNSNNFW by Servcos and 114L9D spares by Sfernice are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
