Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sensortronics 65016-1.5K-1004W parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sti products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sick parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Siemens product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sti such as the MCF4720600r1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CLV4900010 manufactured by Sick and we are pleased to be able to service most Sick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FS400 by Manufacturer Siemens as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sm-applications Brand STDW23 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Smartank such as 4420GS075U0NS00132 equipment made by Smartank have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Smartank products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Smartank" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 011104 made by Smartscan as well as the popular LEI2912000 original spares produced by Sumtak

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WK021SA01 by Siko and 4420GS075U0NS00132 spares by Smartank are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LMS200S60 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sick.
