Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sensys RP240-BH-LL parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Telemecanique products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Omron product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Telemecanique such as the XBTF034310 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6FC56100BB100AA1 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NB7WTW01B by Manufacturer Omron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Allen-Bradley Brand 2711PRP8DPLC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fanuc such as a20b33000091 equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available E90668664410125 made by Marposs as well as the popular FP3700T41318004001 original spares produced by Proface

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TN776 by Lucent and a20b33000091 spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MT4512TE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kinco.
