Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sew DFT80N4-KS / S47DT80WN4-KS parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bauer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Baldor product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the DF36DT100LS4KS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D73734177997101 manufactured by Bauer and we are pleased to be able to service most Bauer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CECP83663T4 by Manufacturer Baldor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has A.-O.-Smith Brand C832 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Flender such as CA10M1B2P52N equipment made by Flender have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Flender products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Flender" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available D044 made by Magnetek as well as the popular CM3104 original spares produced by Baldor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CI0104515 by Berger-Lahr and CA10M1B2P52N spares by Flender are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D813362 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc.
