Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Shimadzu 228-44490 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sick products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sick parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sick product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sick such as the DT20P130B1080 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OD1B035C15Q15 manufactured by Sick and we are pleased to be able to service most Sick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FGSE450111 by Manufacturer Sick as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sick Brand 403783894V0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Shimpo such as VRSF15B100 equipment made by Shimpo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Shimpo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Shimpo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available WKN142K22 made by Shinkawa as well as the popular 188986 original spares produced by Shinko

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 61126570600 by Sick and VRSF15B100 spares by Shimpo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HDLS020M003 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Shinko.
