Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Siemens 6SE6430-2UD38-8FA0 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Stober products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 T-B-Woods product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Stober such as the FAS4050FAS40008395548 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HFD63F250 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SE1C40050H01 by Manufacturer T-B-Woods as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sumitomo Brand CHHM05 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Teco such as F5104075C3U equipment made by Teco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Teco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Teco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available F5104025C3U made by Teco as well as the popular ALTIVAR66 original spares produced by Telemecanique

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CDPXWM25200A73L by Smc and F5104075C3U spares by Teco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6GK15710BA000AA0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens.
