Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Skan-a-matic B48361 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Skf products, including obsoleted and phased-out Smc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Smc product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Skf such as the 517 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LC8B2H1VX377 manufactured by Smc and we are pleased to be able to service most Smc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LC8B1H1PMX377 by Manufacturer Smc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Smc Brand LJ1H1021PH500KR4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Skf such as SAF615N equipment made by Skf have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Skf products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Skf" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CS1B250600 made by Smc as well as the popular JXC918LEFS32B750 original spares produced by Smc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 520N by Skf and SAF615N spares by Skf are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3157302 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Skf.
