Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Slo-syn 3180-EPI-V parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Syscon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Syron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Suruga-Seiki product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Syscon such as the C100FJA3MAS410003445ZK852 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DBA09024 manufactured by Syron and we are pleased to be able to service most Syron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature K10260K10260K10260 by Manufacturer Suruga-Seiki as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Superior Brand ST101 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Svg such as 80039 equipment made by Svg have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Svg products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Svg" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SWT65522 made by Nemic as well as the popular SC5006G original spares produced by System-Controls-Inc.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6189PI by Superior and 80039 spares by Svg are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C2000HCPU01REC2000HCPU01RE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron.
