Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Magnescale products, including obsoleted and phased-out Spectrum parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sonotech product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Magnescale such as the LH701 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SBTC100201 manufactured by Spectrum and we are pleased to be able to service most Spectrum systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SONOCONTROL11 by Manufacturer Sonotech as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Hevi-duty Brand SLS12017 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sony such as SNTEX154 equipment made by Sony have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sony products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sony" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 9717173 made by Solartron as well as the popular NF3006AYX original spares produced by Spectrum
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CT06FV10 by Vickers and SNTEX154 spares by Sony are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
