Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S7R15GECE manufactured by Spg and we are pleased to be able to service most Spg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CA37211 by Manufacturer Sprecher--Schuh as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Spang Brand E7236A001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sony such as A8277862B equipment made by Sony have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sony products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sony" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available L10NN030P3 made by Sprecher--Schuh as well as the popular CASTAU4B2521U original spares produced by Sony
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SMD2000 by Sonix and A8277862B spares by Sony are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
