Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Soundtronic 744-10718/01 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Square-D products, including obsoleted and phased-out Spg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Spindle product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Square-D such as the 8501LO80V02U spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SPGPNTS060462 manufactured by Spg and we are pleased to be able to service most Spg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3000332000392200045T by Manufacturer Spindle as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Square-D Brand 8020SMM710SerIRev600 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Square-D such as 8030HRK200 equipment made by Square-D have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Square-D products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Square-D" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available S9R40GBL made by Spg as well as the popular 5201100350 original spares produced by Square-D

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8005CP50 by Square-D and 8030HRK200 spares by Square-D are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DG5S4012A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sperry.
