Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Spang M7G5-A-8151020 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Square-D products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sst---Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Square-D product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Square-D such as the PAF2036 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6GT20020JD20 manufactured by Sst---Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Sst---Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8536SCO3V02H20S by Manufacturer Square-D as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Square-D Brand 9012GQG3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sta�ber such as CBX4000H equipment made by Sta�ber have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sta�ber products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sta�ber" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 736SCO8S made by Square-D as well as the popular PH2H04T04B1T original spares produced by Stainless-Motors-Inc.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8536SBO2V02H20S by Square-D and CBX4000H spares by Sta�ber are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5021501 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Spindel.
