Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Staubli Stäubli - Type: D221 345 02A - AC Servo parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sterlco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Stabiline-Industrial parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Static-Control-Products product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sterlco such as the M2B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PQI3120H manufactured by Stabiline-Industrial and we are pleased to be able to service most Stabiline-Industrial systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 200016A017 by Manufacturer Static-Control-Products as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Stearns Brand 566842000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sti such as 700271000LCCFBAC1U equipment made by Sti have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S9123ASG050 by Sterling-Instrument and 700271000LCCFBAC1U spares by Sti are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
