Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Stegmann 180V , 0220-60771 , AHG 926 12,7 1 SR D parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hyrobotics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hyper parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Hunterlab product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hyrobotics such as the HYNC200 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1620706003 manufactured by Hyper and we are pleased to be able to service most Hyper systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 002350FSYSTEMBOARD by Manufacturer Hunterlab as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Hub-City Brand 263 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hurco such as 4150174002 equipment made by Hurco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hurco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hurco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available EDS347623000400 made by Hydac as well as the popular VRD350130R700 original spares produced by Hydrualik

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 430MIF7W by Hubbell and 4150174002 spares by Hurco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SC950A800 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hyde.
