Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sti MS4320B-2, 43268-0200, MS4300B-2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sumitomo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sumitomo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mini-Safe product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sumitomo such as the CHHMS34195DAYA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AF3004A75U manufactured by Sumitomo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sumitomo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MS46LR201215Q1RNOFNTY1 by Manufacturer Mini-Safe as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Stober Brand C102F0115MT10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Stober such as P321SPRO100MT equipment made by Stober have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Stober products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Stober" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 210982 made by Sulzer as well as the popular 1120165102001B original spares produced by Sulzer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the QX14E02SRA by Stonel and P321SPRO100MT spares by Stober are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
