Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sumitomo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tamagawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sylvania product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sumitomo such as the FR25C1119 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TS5690N3820 manufactured by Tamagawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Tamagawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6318 by Manufacturer Sylvania as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Tci Brand KDRH1L in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Takenaka such as ASW001B1 equipment made by Takenaka have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Takenaka products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Takenaka" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 404191T0044794 made by Strongarm as well as the popular RevereCP1 original spares produced by Tech-Weigh
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 818523 by Sure-Site and ASW001B1 spares by Takenaka are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TA8043 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tamagawa.
