Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Stritorque HDD-09J-PA-Ab-Eb-A-A-AAA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Technology-80 products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Systech product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Technology-80 such as the 53131 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the X4C2002 manufactured by Tb and we are pleased to be able to service most Tb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DCP8820 by Manufacturer Systech as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sumitomo Brand RNYMS11420A60 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sunx such as NA4014D equipment made by Sunx have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sunx products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sunx" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LUPPB2MR made by Technical--Tryco as well as the popular TP35ET original spares produced by Sutron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RNYM02122060 by Sumitomo and NA4014D spares by Sunx are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SFBB3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tb-Woods.
