Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Teco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tel-Tokyo-Electron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Taylor product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Teco such as the AH463261U001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SC2410 manufactured by Tel-Tokyo-Electron and we are pleased to be able to service most Tel-Tokyo-Electron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 303TD0011117733B by Manufacturer Taylor as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Tcs Brand 0500884 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tectron such as 56044 equipment made by Tectron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tectron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tectron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NA4024 made by Sunx as well as the popular J403330000 original spares produced by Taylor-Devices
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CS2100 by Tech-Motive and 56044 spares by Tectron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TS5233N77 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tamagawa.
