Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sumitomo CVFJ6175DCY-121-1-184TC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rexnord products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Micron product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rexnord such as the ES30 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FX203B7140TC manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DT1150100RM11552 by Manufacturer Micron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Boston Brand F7105B4J in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Morse such as FI131056CLR equipment made by Morse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Morse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Morse" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ELB8325R made by Electra-gear as well as the popular D80B22H original spares produced by Martin

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ESM500 by Jakob and FI131056CLR spares by Morse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D600528 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Royersford.
