Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sumitomo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tb-Woods parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sumitomo product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sumitomo such as the TOSHIBAMOTOR1HP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BH68 manufactured by Tb-Woods and we are pleased to be able to service most Tb-Woods systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HC3170 by Manufacturer Sumitomo as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Tigear Brand SR96040 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Taiyo such as USAL08 equipment made by Taiyo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Taiyo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Taiyo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MH0401 made by Textron as well as the popular NT230100 original spares produced by Thompson
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P8014M55FP8014M55F by Tb-Woods and USAL08 spares by Taiyo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 751CSF Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tb-Woods.
