Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sunx SF1-A24P / SF1-A24D parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Transducer-Techniques products, including obsoleted and phased-out Telemecanique parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tri product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Transducer-Techniques such as the GS01K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SM575A000 manufactured by Telemecanique and we are pleased to be able to service most Telemecanique systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature UVS4 by Manufacturer Tri as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Tritronics Brand CW121744 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tamagawa such as TS5307N5571000CT equipment made by Tamagawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tamagawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tamagawa" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available XUSLZ450 made by Telemecanique as well as the popular VF2PRM3 original spares produced by Sunx

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LB0100 by Transducer-Techniques and TS5307N5571000CT spares by Tamagawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TS5643N17114 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tamagawa.
