Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Swagelok products, including obsoleted and phased-out Systron-Donner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Superior product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Swagelok such as the MS141AC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6938G manufactured by Systron-Donner and we are pleased to be able to service most Systron-Donner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature X1000E by Manufacturer Superior as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sus Brand HTOB04 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Superior such as M093TE11 equipment made by Superior have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Superior products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Superior" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available K50160UM made by Suruga-Seiki as well as the popular KXC06020G original spares produced by Suruga-Seiki
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3060850150 by Square-D and M093TE11 spares by Superior are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
