Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Super Line SF-JRVB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sylvania products, including obsoleted and phased-out Superior parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tea product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sylvania such as the SCR057081WKnob spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 440EPI manufactured by Superior and we are pleased to be able to service most Superior systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NPN by Manufacturer Tea as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Superior Brand SS501280 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Super-Systems such as 9120 equipment made by Super-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Super-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Super-Systems" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available K50140UMPMM33BH2C161 made by Suruga-Seiki as well as the popular VIK2CXMaster original spares produced by Systech

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MSD275 by Sea and 9120 spares by Super-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
