Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Super SL-PPC-154P4T parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Suruga-Seiki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Swedrive-Ab parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Smc product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Suruga-Seiki such as the KS50140UKS50140UKS50140U spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the F065MO manufactured by Swedrive-Ab and we are pleased to be able to service most Swedrive-Ab systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SZ3A60K5LOZCA by Manufacturer Smc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sygnetron Brand 3M027AS011D61001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nemic such as SWT65522 equipment made by Nemic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nemic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nemic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SS50P2 made by Superior as well as the popular 2701804101 original spares produced by Synrad

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SycamoreSMCG5525PCBoard by Sycamore and SWT65522 spares by Nemic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SY600010G Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Shindengen.
