Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Superior Electric SS221-G100 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Control-Techniques products, including obsoleted and phased-out Maselli parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Eupec product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Control-Techniques such as the UNI2402 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UR24 manufactured by Maselli and we are pleased to be able to service most Maselli systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TZ630N16 by Manufacturer Eupec as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Lust Brand VF1204SG8M4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Eupec such as TD131N16KOF equipment made by Eupec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eupec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eupec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TSX1713428 made by Telemecanique as well as the popular VI223CY original spares produced by Vicor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the V600CA2A by Omron and TD131N16KOF spares by Eupec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SW1DHH16C4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi.
