Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Suruga Seiki KXC06020-GA, KXC06020GA, KXC06020 GA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sw-North-America products, including obsoleted and phased-out Svg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Syntec product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sw-North-America such as the BAS03221830 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 993815004 manufactured by Svg and we are pleased to be able to service most Svg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RIOBASIC by Manufacturer Syntec as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Taiko Brand LP09774 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Smc such as SZ3A60K5LOZCA equipment made by Smc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Smc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Smc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MC07B00035A3400 made by Sew as well as the popular 2891152 original spares produced by Phoenix

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TS5170N11 by Tamagawa and SZ3A60K5LOZCA spares by Smc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TAM4015 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Taiyo.
