Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sygnetron AS010C438-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sylvania products, including obsoleted and phased-out Icme parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Takenaka product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sylvania such as the 177U03D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the T63B4 manufactured by Icme and we are pleased to be able to service most Icme systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2805FM2805FM by Manufacturer Takenaka as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Taylor Brand 125S1600CN01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Orbacom such as R17093061 equipment made by Orbacom have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Orbacom products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Orbacom" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MPCPA11NMAB made by Syscon as well as the popular TA7033N1TA7033N1 original spares produced by Tamagawa

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MR88RPart33070001 by Schneider and R17093061 spares by Orbacom are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TS3684N38 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tamagawa.
